AI strategy and implementation for the enterprise.

NextAI Consulting helps mid-to-large enterprises move from AI ambition to production — with the seniority, technical depth, and opinionated judgement to know what's worth building, and what isn't.

What we do

Three ways to engage and drive results

We don't sell decks or generic AI enablement frameworks. Every engagement is scoped to a concrete outcome — a strategy you can defend, a system you can ship, or a team that can keep going without us.

01 / Strategy

Agentic Engineering & Functional Enablement

A prioritised plan for where agentic engineering and AI tooling earn their keep across your functional teams — and where they don't.

6–8 weeks · executive readout
02 / Build

Implementation & Coaching

Work alongside pilot teams to build AI-native workflows that drive results — embedded delivery, not a research project.

10–16 weeks · embedded delivery
03 / Enable

Team Enablement

Lift your engineering and product teams to ship AI capably and safely — long after the engagement ends.

4–8 weeks · workshops & pairing
How we work

A method built for accountable delivery.

Every engagement runs the same loop: short, written commitments; tight feedback cycles; and an end-state measured against the outcome we agreed on day one — not the work we happened to do.

  1. Frame

A short diagnostic. We pressure-test the problem, the data, and the buy-in — then write down what success looks like.

    Week 1

  2. Prototype

A focused prototype against real team goals and challenges. Evaluate impact towards the goal.

    Weeks 2–4

  3. Refine

Refine the systems, tools, and team approach against real use. Tighten what's working, cut what isn't, lock in the practices that scale.

    Weeks 5–10

  4. Hand off

Your team owns it. We document, we pair, we leave evals and a runbook — and we stay reachable.

    Weeks 11–12

Why NextAI

Strategy that ships.

The hard part of AI transformation isn't the deck — it's the distance between the deck and the first working result. I close that distance personally. I'll set and defend the strategy with your C-suite and board, then plug in alongside your pilot team to deliver the results that prove it out.
